Thank you for making our daughter's Jeep shopping experience special. I am so thankful that we visited your showroom to look at the 2009 Jeep this Saturday. We had spent a long day looking at used 2010 Jeeps in Bonham, we arrived late Saturday evening within an hour of your closing time. It would have been very easy to rush us in order to close on time. What a refreshing experience we received from the entire Q team. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. We truly felt special by a team that works well together and communicates exceptionally well.
Fabian warmly greeted us when we pulled in and quickly got the keys to the vehicle. He was polite, courteous, and informative. He was patient and creative in helping my daughter reach a decision. (He even brought a new Jeep in Cosmos Blue to compare to the Deep Water Blue 2009 Jeep). Fabian was with us every step of the way. He provided a full history on the Jeep, He answered the questions he knew, and more important would find out the answer on the questions he did not know about. He facilitated several test drives and family huddles.
Sam handled our questions and communicated with integrity. He is obviously a mature businessman with a strong foundation. We quickly agreed on a price based on fact and trust. He advised us on an extended warranty since he knew that we were considering a new Jeep. Sam is a leader.
Joe was extremely professional in handling the financial aspects. He reviewed several warranty options and helped in our selection.
The 2009 Jeep was presented in spectacular fashion. It was looked, smelled and road better that all of the newer Jeeps we saw that day, In fact, I have bought new cars that were not delivered to me in as pristine condition as the 2009 Jeep. This was a testament to the service and detailing team. It is obvious that they are meticulous and are passionate about their work.

After a remarkable buying experience I needed to express my thanks. In July I had the unfortunate experience of having my truck stolen. After several weeks of trying to decide on my future purchase, I stumbled on a vehicle that Q had placed on Autotrader.com. I went to the used car building expecting the same experiences that I have had in the past in buying a vehicle. I met Allen Holmes and my car buying experience expectations changed in a moment’s time. From the moment that I walked in the door till I sat down to right this email, I have had the most incredible car buying experience that I have ever had or even heard of. Allen understood my situation and went above and beyond to help get me in my GMC Yukon. From sales, to finance, to the service department I have been impressed at the customer service that I have received. It takes a lot to impress me, I spent 10 years working at car dealerships before I left to become a firefighter. To be honest I tend to be suspicious about a lot people and their intentions. My name is Nicholas Newberry. I purchased a used 2010 Chevy Silverado on
August 15, 2011 from Allen Holmes.
I'm sending you this email to apprise you of my buying experience at your
dealership. Let me start by commending Allen Holmes. Allen was a breath of
fresh air in my car buying experience. I have been in the market for a new
vehicle for several months. I have visited every major dealership from I-20
in Arlington to Bill Utter Ford in Denton off I-35.
Every dealership has it's own ecology, some are passive while other are more
like a shark tank. Your dealership has a more tempered approach and it shows
in the warm greeting and no nonsense atmosphere.
I was drawn to your establishment via an AutoTrader ad. It was surprising
and satisfying to see the vehicle prices hanging from the rear-view mirrors.
I can't tell you how many times I've left a dealership because I could not
see the prices of the vehicles I was interested in. As a consumer I'm very
aware of my budget and I can discern for myself whether I find your vehicle
prices to be a good deal or not. Thank you for implementing business
practices that are aimed at appreciating your customer and respecting their
ability to make tough financial decisions without added pressure.
There are two other individuals that I worked with at your dealership.
Mike ( who's last name escapes me ) Allen can tell you who he is. And I
believe Anthony was my finance guru. Both of these individuals treated me as
a person and not a sell. So, they should also be recognized as being top
notch employees.
This is just one mans experience at your dealership but, and this is a big
BUT, it was one I will remember when it's time to purchase another vehicle.
I have told several people about the buying experience I had and I hope they
stop by when they decide to purchase their next vehicles.
